All Live Plant Orders Are Shipped via 
We do not ship Live Plants
outside the Continental U.S. Due
to State Restrictions and Agricultural Inspection requirements Live
Plants must ship via Truck to your local Post Office and your local
postal carrier will deliver your plants to your home. There is NO
ONLINE TRACKING system available for a shipment of this type. We Do Not Ship to PO Boxes and You Must be able to receive mail from the post office at the shipping address you provide or you will not receive your plants. We charge a Flat Rate shipping Fee of $12.95 to ALL destinations no matter what size your order is.
Order Tracking
You
may or may not receive automated shipping notices from PayPal or
Google in addition to our updates, which could be confusing. Please
keep in mind that Processing, Harvest, Packing & Shipping could take
up to (4) weeks.
There is no online tracking system available
for a
shipment of this type and once processing is complete your order will
ship
according to the zone by zone schedule as stated on our website or in
earlier email. You might not receive your entire order in the
same shipment as most shrubs will ship separately from the trees.
