We do not ship Live Plants outside the Continental U.S. 48 States Due to State Restrictions and Agricultural Inspection requirements Live Plants must ship via Truck to your local Post Office and your local postal carrier will deliver your plants to your home. We require a registered US Postal address for delivery. In the event we are unable to ship to the address you provide we attempt contact to acquire the correct shipping address. Because the package contents are perishable if we cannot contact the sender within (24) hours we will attempt to ship them to the Billing address if different and if that is unsuccessful the order is cancelled and put back into stock. We charge cancellation and restocking fees if we are unable to ship the order once it has been packed.
We charge a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $10.98 for the first item in your order plus .75 cents for each additional items.
Tracking Information
You will receive online package tracking information from our website and/or the US Postal Service when your order is shipped. You may or may not also receive automated shipping notices from PayPal and Google in addition to our updates, which could be confusing. Please keep in mind that Processing, Harvest, Packing & Shipping could take up to (4) weeks depending on our backlog.
